FAQ

Sizing

All items are handmade and not one item is exactly the same. Something that may run true to size on one person may run big or small on another. I always do my best to make sure sizing stays consistent. However I use patterns from multiple different companies and it’s very important that you measure the person you’re ordering for and check the coordinating size chart to get an accurate fit! Some sizing may not align with typical “street sizing.”

Differentiation

Colors and fabrics may vary depending on the printer used. I use several printers based on fabric options, and their TAT. If you have questions about feel and stretch, ask before purchasing.

TAT (Turn around time)

Turn Around Time may vary based on multiple factors. Current TAT is always listed on the main page. Typically it is 5-25 business days.

7 day Rush is available for an extra cost. Please add the rush listing to your order if you need it. Rush is NOT available for preorders where I have to order fabric.

Preorder TAT is 6-8 weeks.

Everything I do is handmade to order, so please give grace! Unexpected things may pop up out of my control but I will always give updates and stay in communication about your orders.

Shipping

This will vary by item and size of order. Shipping is generally a flat rate and will be included in your invoice. Local pickup is also available upon request (Westland, MI)

Invoices and Payment

If ordering from the Facebook group or ordering a custom, invoices must be paid within 24 hours after being sent. You will get one reminder and then the invoice will be cancelled if you do not respond or pay. 3 cancelled invoices will result in removal from the group.


Invoices may come from the website, PayPal or Venmo upon request.
