Wild Roots does not accept returns- all sales are final. Because each item is handmade, all items are unique and no one item is the same. I do my best to keep sizes consistent and accurate! I will not accept returns because an item doesn’t fit. (Please see more about sizing in the FAQ).

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
